At kidztower we strive to keep the ecological footprint as low as possible. They only consist of cardboard and thin foam in order to ship the kidztower safely . Our filling and cushioning materials ensure a high level of transport safety for the goods. We strive to reduce the use of packaging materials to a minimum from an ecological perspective.
kidztower only delivers products and orders by mail order. Unfortunately, it is not possible to collect the goods yourself or deliver them to packing stations. Unless otherwise agreed, delivery will be made to the specified customer address.
The delivery time is on average 2-7 days ; However, this also depends on the relevant shipping service provider and in individual cases - unless otherwise announced or agreed in writing - can be up to 14 days after transmission of the order.
If the delivery dates are not met, the customer will be notified and the expected new delivery date will be announced. If there is a delay of more than 21 days, the customer can withdraw from the order and withdraw from the contract. In this case, any payments made will be refunded to the customer immediately.
kidztower assumes no liability in the event of delivery obstacles in the area of suppliers and producers. If compliance with the agreed delivery time becomes impossible due to circumstances for which kidztower is not responsible (particularly in the event of non-delivery by suppliers and producers) or force majeure, kidztower is entitled to withdraw from the contract in whole or in part.
When shipping, the customer expressly approves the usual shipping methods for the ordered goods, such as: Post, train, plane, ship, private courier and delivery services, etc.
The risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the customer as soon as the goods are delivered to the customer or to a third party designated by the customer and other than the carrier. However, if the customer has concluded the transport contract himself without using a selection option suggested by kidztower , the risk is transferred to the carrier when the goods are handed over.
Any transport damage must be reported to the respective carrier immediately.

We use Shopify Payments (this includes numerous payment options), Klarna and PayPal as payment methods.
